1. How will I know if I am registered and my payment received?

You will receive:

  • A participation acknowledgement from Alpha Malaysia via email
  • A payment acknowledgement from Alpha Malaysia via email

2. What is included in the ticket price?

Your completed registration includes the following:-

  • Access to the online conference
  • Access to all session recordings post conference
  • A delegate pack

3. Do you offer a ticket payment plan? Can I register as a Group? Is there any discount available?

  • Ticketing price is made accessible to cater for all participation category.

4. Can I buy a ticket to just one of the conference days?

Your ticket includes both days – single day tickets are not available.

5. You mentioned Delegate Pack as part of the ticket price:

  • What is the content of the Delegate Pack?
  • When can I expect the Delegate Pack?
  • Delegate Pack – You will receive an Alpha T-Shirt & Alpha Promotional Items. You are encouraged to wear this T-shirt on conference day(s).

8. Does the pricing differ if I’m not living in Malaysia?

Yes, it does. The pricing of the conference are as follows:

  • Registrants residing within Malaysia – RM 15
  • Registrants residing outside of Malaysia w/o delegate pack – RM15
  • Registrants residing within South East Asia – RM38.60
  • Registrants residing outside of South East Asia – RM48.50
